After the call, you'll receive: a written summary of your key takeaways and how to move forward; and full credit of this session fee toward longer-term strategy and mentoring support if you continue within 7 days.

Best for: When you need more than a conversation — you need an action plan you can follow.

One focused hour to talk through your most urgent workplace issue. Because most of our time is spent understanding your situation, the strategic output is lighter — you'll get a verbal walkthrough of your options and one clear next step.

Please note: This session does not include written follow-up, supplementary strategy work after the call or credit toward future services. If you need a documented action plan or are considering ongoing support, the Strategy Session is the better fit.

Best for: When you need to talk it out with someone outside your workplace before you can see the path forward. A professional outside perspective from someone who's been there, a vent with direction or a decision you need to make this week. No ongoing commitment required.
